3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis
- To respond to you. To answer enquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, and provide the information you have asked for. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To deliver our services. To perform consulting, coaching and advisory engagements, including preparing recommendations, plans and progress measures. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place, and may limit our ability to provide certain services.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade mailing lists.
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf and under our instructions, such as website hosting, appointment scheduling, email delivery, customer relationship management, analytics, file storage, and professional advisers. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Within your organization, where an engagement involves more than one executive from the same organization, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the engagement. Individual coaching conversations remain confidential as agreed in the engagement terms.
- Where required by law, including in response to a valid legal process, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
We honour browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, where they are transmitted.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside Canada, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction under its laws.
